Sevener Desk Chair, Model 3117, by Arne Jacobsen

Classic, classic, classic.  This is absolutely gorgeous design. Aluminum frame with original casters and baby soft black leather covering the seat and arm rests, this baby swan-armed (like baby swan arms/wings, not like a chair who fires baby swans at all who get in its way…) chair is lightweight, comfortable and height adjustable. And who knew baby swan arms/wings provided the perfect support for office dwellers’ own arms? Arne Jacobsen did.

Chair is in good to excellent condition with some patches of leather being worn and faded, most notably the left armrest in the front.  Other minor and hardly noticeable scratches on aluminum, wheels work smoothly but show wear.  Overall, none of this detracts significantly from the simplistic and profound design or comfort of the Sevener.

Seat height adjusts from 17″ to 23″.
