Danish Rosewood MCM Extendible Dining Table

Rosewood dining table made in Denmark. Table is very nice with some light scratching but it blends into the rosewood patina and is not noticeable until very close inspection.

The main section is faded relative to the extensions. (It’s hard to find extension tables from this era that don’t have that.) With a total length of 98″ when extensions are out, this table makes it easy to have larger dinner parties or accommodate unexpected guests. Table is unmarked but the stout tapered turned legs (which are easily removed) and the taper of the table-top support give it the feel like it must have been designed by one of the Danish Masters.
