Italian mid-century modern wall-mounted bar cabinet from the 1960s. Styled after Piero Fornasetti.
The cabinet has a drop-front bar cabinet fixed to an Italian oak backboard. Below the cabinet are open shelves with red laminate. The cabinet door is decorated with a figural marquetry scene of drunken revelers giving this piece a unique feel.
On the right side is a preparation surface, a small shelf above and a single drawer below.
The backboard is mounted to the wall for primary support and further supported by Italian design tapered legs.
63ʺW × 18ʺD × 53ʺH
Some light lifting of the laminate surfaces from the wood. Some separation at the leg joint by the drawer but structurally sound. Otherwise in very good vintage condition.
